Return Policy
All Sales are final. Only exchanges or store credit may be issued. All Sale ITEMS are final sale(absolutely no exchange or store credit).
For returned exchange and store credit, all merchandise must be free of liquid, odors, deodorant, makeup and perfumes. Customers have 3 days to exchange merchandise in order to receive exchange or store credit. For special custom orders, store credit and returns is prohibited 🚫.
Damaged Items/Order Errors:
All merchandise is scanned for any damages and photograph before shipping. Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.
Lost/Damaged by Shipping Carriers :
We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office, USP, FEDEX or DHL. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international orders), please contact the carrier to file any claims. Also note, Allured is not responsible for any damages caused by shipping carriers.Â
Cancellations Policy
If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request to our company must be approved before any order can be cancelled. If order has been shipped before cancellation, we can’t not cancel orders. All shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
